Valge Klaar Privacy Policy

Valge Klaar assumes the responsibility for protecting customers' privacy. Therefore, we have established a privacy policy, in which we address the collection, use, forwarding, disclosure and storage of customer data. We take due care of ensuring that our activities are in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Estonia. In the following paragraphs, we provide a brief overview of our privacy policy.

Collection and use of personal data

Personal data are any information relating to you as a natural person either directly or indirectly, which Valge Klaar collects and processes in order to fulfil the contract related to the person, to make contact or fulfil any legal obligations. Personal data collected by Valge Klaar can include your name, personal identification code, address, phone number, postal code and e-mail address.

We may collect personal data on the following occasions:

• upon registering a service work in our shop(s) or web environment;
• upon submitting a technical query to our e-mail address;
• upon entering contact details on our website;
• via cookies upon using our website when consent is given;
• upon making a purchase or a price query or placing an order in our shop, e-shop or via e-mail.

Collection and use of non-personal data

We may also collect non-personal data, i.e. data that cannot be linked to one specific person. This can include data about the activity or inactivity on our website, which are collected for statistical purposes and to offer our customers a better service. These data are treated as non-personal data in the privacy policy.

Use, storage and erasure of your data

We use personal data to send you notifications about your service work, to contact you in relation to your order or inquiry and to notify you of product-related news and campaigns. Among other things, we e-mail you offers that are not published in any other form and are available only via this channel. If you no longer wish to be in our newsletter mailing list to keep up with product news or offers, you can unsubscribe at any time and remove yourself from the list of recipients. We also use the data to send you special announcements with regard to the security information issued by the manufacturer or product recall programmes. We also use the personal data collected to deliver your goods and fulfil any obligations we have with you.
By agreeing with Valge Klaar's Privacy Policy terms and conditions, you agree to us processing your data. You can withdraw your consent at any time by submitting a written application either electronically or physically. Unfortunately, you cannot withdraw your consent retroactively.
In relation to the service provided to you, Valge Klaar also processes personal data via a web environment (service base) managed by a third party, the data storage server of which is located in the European Union. The third party may also be a contractual partner, whose task is to offer a financial service or deliver goods to customers. Valge Klaar stores personal data up to five years from the last order or service work. When storing data, we also follow the requirements of the Accounting Act.

If you wish your data to be erased from our information system, you can submit a respective application in person or contact us at privacy@valgeklaar.ee
With the erasing of your data, you will no longer be eligible for any personal discounts.

Cookies and other tracking technologies

We may collect data, if you give consent, about you on the website and other information society services (e.g. self-service) through the use of cookies (i.e. little pieces of information saved by the browser on the hard disk of a computer or another device), or other similar technologies, and process such data (e.g. the IP address, device information, location information).

We do everything we can to avoid the disclosure of your personal data, but if you believe there is a risk that your data have been leaked, notify us immediately, so we could keep the damage as minimal as possible. Upon request, we may submit your data to the Data Protection Inspectorate or other law enforcement structures. All of the data on Valge Klaar's website, e-shop and service database are encrypted and treated as confidential.

Valge Klaar reserves the right to amend the privacy policy terms and conditions, informing customers thereof. We guarantee that the purpose of our privacy policy is to protect your data and we always ensure its security in the best possible way.
